Kica is the owner and founder of Acorn to Oak Montessori Consulting, LLC. She is a licensed AMI teacher specializing in the 0-3 year age range. She received her AMI 0-3 year diploma from The Montessori Institute of San Diego. Kica earned a Master’s degree in Montessori education from Xavier University with a concentration on special education and child development from birth to 6 years old. After teaching for over a decade and teaching through the pandemic, she was looking for a new avenue to explore in the Montessori community.

Kica’s goal is to help facilitate a learning environment for children to grow and develop to the optimum capacity on a larger scale by working with more students, teachers, administrators, and parents. Acorn to Oak Montessori Consulting, LLC (ATO) was created to do just that.

Kica enjoys traveling to different classrooms and homes to assist in the preparation of different learning environments and effective teachers.
