What’s included:

Observation of the Classroom

ATO will conduct a careful observation for order of the classroom, classroom functionality, tone, transition progression between activities, student development, appropriate curriculum and materials, and more. Observations can be tailored according to the need of the school.

Observation Summary

Once the observation is conducted, a summary of the observation will be emailed to the head of school. The overview will include but not limited to: observations seen, strengths of the classroom, and things to work on. Consultant is able to meet with teachers if requested.

Observed Teaching Hours

Our consultant’s AMI diploma allows them to observe individuals seeking their AMI Assistance to Infancy 0-3 diploma fulfill their needed observed student-teacher requirement.

Classroom Observation

Classroom observations will be conducted during the work cycle and throughout transitions between different activities. All observations will include an observation summary for the consultant’s time.

Student Teacher Observation

The student teacher will be observed within the work cycle and throughout transitions. The student teacher will be given their observation notes taken, provided a summary of notes, and sign needed documentation for the student teaching hour requirement.
